By default, 1 processed page = 1 credit ; 1 processed page with a confidence score = 1.5 credits

For utilities, the rate is 0.25 credits per page, and the additional cost of the utility is waived for pages linked to an extraction template. In this case, you only pay for the extraction models used, based on the credit cost of each one.
If in doubt, go to the “Credit Cost” tab on Mindee's platform to see the exact price of each of your models/utilities.

Credits are valid for the entire duration of your subscription period (monthly or annual) and expire at the end of that period. Unused credits are not carried over from one period to the next.

Whether you send documents as separate files or in batch uploads, we count each page accurately and transparently. This ensures predictability and fairness:
👉 No upcharges for complexity and no hidden processing fees. You’re only billed for what you actually submit.

This calculation method is consistent across all plans and tiers, helping you track usage and budget effectively.

For Enterprise clients, our volume-based pricing is customized to align with your document processing needs and usage. Larger volumes benefit from discounted per-credit rates.

• Starter and Pro plans include a monthly credits allowance (ranging from 500 to 10,000 credits), with additional credits charged at a per-credit starting from $0.05.
• Enterprise plans are fully customizable and designed for organizations with specific volume, SLA, or integration needs.

Advanced features such as RAG capabilities, automation tools, and premium support are included progressively across the plans.
